Anticipation made her heart beat faster, and she sank to her knees, her only focus on his voice whispering in her ear.

"Good girl."

 The silken tie blindfolding her carried his scent and she suppressed a shiver when the ends trailed across her bare back. His footsteps moved away, and she bit her lip to stop herself from moaning. A door opened, and she tensed at the distant noise of the restaurant reminded her they were in a public place, and anyone could walk in and see them.

The second set of footsteps had her insides tightened in need. There was the clink of glasses and the sound of a male chuckle right next to her ear. Hot breath whispered across her neck, and a large, warm hand tilted her head up.

Cold liquid touched her lips, and she opened up instinctively.

"Slowly, my sweet."

She relaxed again at his familiar voice in her ear, even as the fine hair on her arms rose at the slight movement behind her.

Bubbles exploded on her tongue, stopping her from voicing her question.

"That's my girl." 

The approval in his voice soothed the butterflies in her tummy.

"Ready for your birthday treat?"
