Wine and Nine #releaseday #erotica #shortstories #kindle

Excuse me while I run around like a demented loon for a bit, because today is Release day of a special little anthology called Wine And Nine.

Magic Mac and his Mystical tours, the brochure said. What it didn't tell the participants of this coach trip is that the quaint Scottish Inn they stopped at held a secret.
When you add women, wine, and men the outcome is never certain. Will it be happy ever after or is this just the beginning?
Find out in these nine scorching erotic short stories, guaranteed to raise a kilt or two.

This is a collaboration with my fantastic Critique Group The Nuthouse Scribblers. Whilst we have written together before and have several Anthologies under our belt, this is our first venture into self publishing, so yeah just let me do that again...

Ah, that's better!

The idea behind this was conceived around a kitchen table in Scotland when we got together for a meet up. Wine may or may not have been flowing, but there were nine of us and the rest is history.

Here is just a teeny lil snippet from my story, called, Darya.

                                                                         ***
Smoke tickled her nose and rough fabric scratched her skin—her naked skin. What the hell? Darya's eyes flew open. She blinked rapidly in the smoky, gloomy atmosphere surrounding her and looked straight at a pair of hairy legs. The man had his back to her, his kilt riding up enough to expose muscular thighs as he bent forward to tend to the fire in the middle of the room. Talk about a titillating view. She bit back the completely inappropriate giggle threatening to erupt as she wondered whether he was wearing anything underneath the tartan cloth. Considering she was buck naked under these rough sheets, and she seemed to be stuck in a replica of a blackhouse—complete with a cow staring straight at her from behind the partition opposite—whether the stranger was wearing underwear was irrelevant really. She sat up slightly, wincing at the unfamiliar soreness everywhere, and froze.
The man in front of her had swung round and the light from the fire threw his ragged features into clear view. She was staring at the man from the picture. Clearly she had lost her marbles as well as her clothes. Her heart beat a little faster at the expression in Kincaid's eyes. He looked as though he wanted to devour her. Men never looked at her like this. Never.
