Flash Fiction Friday - New Beginning #FFF

It's an extra special Friday today, because it is Release day for me, and my release day squee will follow, but I couldn't pass up on this picture.

"No, please, don't make me."
Her fingers dug into her skin, leaving white indents behind, and she screwed her eyes shut. Whatever had possessed her to think that she could do this? She couldn't bear to see the disgust in his eyes.
"I'm not the girl you knew."
She sensed him step closer, and she swallowed hard to stop the ball of misery in her gut to escape out of her tightly compressed lips.
"No, you're not."
An ice cold fist squeezed her heart at his words, even as his hot breath whispered across her back.

"You're the woman I love."

Friday Flashers have 100 words to tell a story from the provided picture prompt. Do check out the other flashers. You won't be disappointed. :-)
Till next week, folks.

  5. Loved this flash. :) So sweet, and full of emotion. Her dislike for herself, yet how he saw her beauty. I want to know more. What was/is about to happen? Def caught my attention.
