Flash Fiction Friday - Freedom #FFF

Happy Friday, folks. It's been a busy old week for me, so I'm really looking forward to the weekend.

Enjoy today's flash!

Freedom

Silly little humans and their need for decoration. Lucy had no idea who she was hiding in her skin. No idea how he had guided the tattoo artist hands. The flowers just added the right touch. They would look very pretty on her grave when he burst forth, renewed by her very essence. Every day he grew stronger, and Lucy had no clue. This photo shoot was another opportunity for him to feed of the adoration of the onlookers.
Lucy moved and hid the very real stretching of his jaws into a sinister smile.

Oh yes, soon he'd be free.

  4. Your flash was the best this week. I loved how you turned the tat of the skull into her death and the birth of the alien in her body ready to emerge. Absolutely great flash.
