Hello lovely, peeps. It's not so much a hang over in my case, as a sneezing fest. We, as a family, seem to have all gone down with a severe headcold. You know the ones that leave you with cotton wool for brains, a runny nose, deaf in both ears, and with coughing and sneezing fits to boot.

On the plus side I am consoling myself with the fact that the noise level in my house has gone down a lot. I simply can't hear the kids antics. See, always a silver lining... 

*grins*

This New Year's Eve we will be passing the tissues, along with the glasses of bubbly, as we see in the New Year. We usually stay home, as we've always got a little one who needs his/her sleep, and this year is no exception. Plus, we don't really want to spread our germs about. 

I usually spend part of it writing too, not this time (cotton wool for brain syndrome) but I do recall the New Year's Eve a certain Genie implanted himself into my brain, and Sol and the Magic Fingers was born, so it seems only fitting to showcase good old Sol for this Hop.
